This listing is for an amazing vintage Gemeinhardt Sterling Silver Flute M2S, probably from from around 1973 This flute comes in a black Gemeinhardt case This flute is sterling silver, as it is marked on one side/piece of the flute - with silver plated keywork The flute is also hallmarked on one piece "Geeinhardt Elkhardt ID M2S 241739" This is a fresh estate find Unfortunately, we are not musicians, so we cannot say how the flute sounds or plays. We do not know if it's ever been service or exactly how old it is. The flute does have some surface scratches, wear and a ding on one side. The case also shows wear with frays, scratches, and dings.
