Summary:
We are looking for a host that can join our team and start working this week.
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome and ensure all are over 21 - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and lobby area - Monitor guest flow and make necessary adjustments to seating arrangements - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others - Excellent guest services skills, including the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Strong interpersonal skills for building positive guest relations - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internship positions.
