Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well- organized office with accurate record keeping - Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs - Prepare management reports and assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the properties -Collect condo payments and ensure timely payment processing - Respond to homeowner inquiries -Handle homeowner move-ins and move-outs -Oversee and/or work with emergency services -Must be versed in financial management -Must be knowledgeable of condominium law, local laws, and company policies and provide enforcement -Must be able to provide a high level of service in the face of pressure situations that require crisis management
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management - Proficiency in Quickbooks , Excel or similar property management software - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Facilities management:
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
Experience managing staff -Property management:
Understanding of property management principles, laws and regulations -Customer relationship management:
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships -Conflict management:
Ability to handle residential disputes or conflicts professionally and effectively -File management:
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.
