Expected commitment is approximately 40-45 hours/week; primarily Monday-Friday from 6:
00am-3:
00pm, with flexibility built in for night & weekend shifts (swaps, coverage, vacations, illness, etc.
) Specific responsibilities include:
Executing daily opening procedures (setup, cleaning/organizing, food prep, etc.
) Managing vendor interactions to ensure quality & accuracy of incoming orders Collaborating with team-members to fulfill daily catering orders Using a deli slicer to prepare custom, sliced-to-order subs & sandwiches Providing excellent customer service Managing inventories & planning for the following shift, day, etc.
Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced, quick-serve environment, where standing, lifting, and stairs all factor into the role.
Punctuality, reliability, and a keen eye for detail are required.
Previous sandwich shop experience and/or deli slicer experience would be considered a plus.
