Reliability is very important.
One parent works from home but also travels out of state.
The other parent works in the office 3 days per week.
They have no family in the area and will be relying on their nanny to be on time as it is difficult for them to take time off work.
The children are 4 months, 2, 4, and 6 years old.
Pets:
Two indoor/outdoor cats that are very friendly.
Child Care Duties and Swimming Needs:
Children will go to the local pool in the summer and may need oversight there.
Duties:
Full child care, drive children to/from school and activities, run/empty dishwasher, children laundry, tidy common areas and run vacuum, healthy lunches and snacks.
Duties are flexible when nanny is caring for all children.
Ideally, house will look the same from when nanny arrives vs when nanny leaves.
