Must have a passion for delivering top notch customer service in a busy, but fun atmosphere.
We pride ourselves in delivering a great product and a customer experience to match! The Counterperson/Barista position is primarily front of house and entails working face to face with our valued customers.
This requires the ability to engage the public, take orders, and convey knowledge of the product.
In this position, you will be representing Sweet T's and must conduct yourself to reflect Sweet T's policies, standards and values.
Requirements -Positive, friendly and professional demeanor -Attention to detail-in following procedures and when assisting customers -Availability to work weekends and holidays -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work 8 hours standing, lift up to 30lbs.
-Ability to multitask -Ability to learn new information quickly -Thrive in a team-oriented environment Tasks/Responsibilities -Promptly greet and assist customers, create a positive experience from beginning to end of transaction -Answer phones and respond to emails -Assist with cleaning tasks-both front of house and back of house -Maintain presentation of store to include keeping it stocked, presentable, and properly rotated -Maintain knowledge of product and efficiently relay to guests-product is always changing, so you will always be learning! -Learn and execute coffee drinks -Package bakery items, including large cakes, in a presentable manner, following procedure -Enter orders into computer system following SOP Compensation $14.
